First successful attempt at getting real time onboard video from the Elev8 using a webcam and BeagleBoard-xM running Syntro software. Some issues with vibration and the WiFi link need to be sorted out but it's a start. There is a glitch near the start that lasts a few seconds but it does pick up again. This is a video to demonstrate running Windows 7 CE on BeagleBoard-xM. I know the Quality sucks, no music, too far from screen to see whats written there. But I assure you, I'll upload a video soon when I'm done playing with it. Sorry for the music, but had to replace the noise in the room with something :P (Also, I know its bad music X_X)

Access Pandaboard/Beagleboard GPIO via Bash Shell Script

This tutorial explains how you can write a bash shell script to make a command line program to easily switch the gpio direction and output state. Make sure you change the owner and group names as needed (owner:group). This should work for Beagleboard the same way.
