This is a Point Load Analysis with a constrain of displacement plane. this may not be exactly how you have to do it, but this serves as a sample to do it easier with the help of Mechanica Lite
This isnt exactly how we should do it.. will give you an idea though.
Go to Applications menu and select Mechanica. might actually jog your memory. if you do, pls let me know. XD
