I am just trying out this magesto automatic video editor with 8 very poorly shot clips I had conveniently lying around. Most of these shots are very shaky with horrible subject focus. I am not so keen on the idea of automatic shot selection, in general, and I think the results are very unimpressive.

A holiday video greeting card of family events from the year: graduations, Grand Canyon vacation, Lauren in track, Amy in Little Broadway, our house. Made with the software I hack on: MLT and Kdenlive.
This is also a demonstration of new capabilities of my MLT software to easily create slide shows with smooth pan & zoom (Ken Burns) combined with a transition.
